Reginald O'Neal

Reginald O'Neal was born and raised in the inner city of Miami, Florida to both African American parents. As a child drawing has always been apart of my life, from watching my older brother to doing it myself in class and home. In the summer of 2012 I was introduce to street art and completed two murals. Ever since I've been doing murals and paintings.
